Joris Peeters

Joris Peeters aka Cruz is based in Antwerp, Belgium. His love for Deep- and Vocal House grew during his stay on the island of Ibiza, from winter 1998 until spring 2000. As a musician he is currently active as a drummer and was influence in the past by many styles such as disco, funk, jazz, soul and others. Nice harmonies and melodies have always been a must in his tunes. Cruz music is probably a mix of all those influences of the past, such as Change, Imagination, Heatwave, Maze, Herbie Hancock, to name a few, and influences of today such as Sandy Rivera, Charles Webster, Hanna, Sunburst Band, Ananda Project and many others.
