Szegő Dávid

One of the most radical figures of contemporary Hungarian jazz drummers. He completed his musical studies at the Béla Bartók Secondary School of Music and the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. In addition to Santa Diver Trio, he plays in many of Béla Ágoston's formations (Frió, Kártett, Küntett, Ágoston–Szegő Duo), in the MonKeys Trio, Tamás Kettős' bands, Bélaműhely, TanuTuva, Chalga and some contemporary theater productions with the Góbi Társaság and the Andax-szal. The duo Ágoston–Szegő won an award at the Atelier Festival as musicians of the Andax Theater in 2012. He presents himself more and more as a composer.
