William Joseph Schinstine

(16 Dec 1922 - 03 Jan 1986) Percussionist, music teacher, music instructor, composer, author and arranger. Graduate of the Eastman School Of Music (NY) and the University of Pennsylvania. Performed with the Rochester (NY), National, Pittsburgh and San Antonio symphonies. Taught public school for 27 years in Pottstown, PA. Owned the S&S School of Music in Pottstown. Published more than 30 percussion books, and has over 300 published works to his credit.
