Eurico Guterres, born 1971 in Uatulari, East Timor, is a pro-Indonesia militia leader who fought and was involved in several massacres in East Timor and the destruction of Dili after the independence. He was convicted by an Indonesian court but has never served his sentence of 10 years imprisonment. He is said to be currently leading another pro-Indonesia militia, Laskar Merah Putih, in the province of Papua.
