Danish trombonist and composer (1918-1996). Performed in the 1930's and 40's especially in various jazz and light music orchestras such as Leo Matthisen's and Erik Tuxen's orchestras. Solo trombonist in Det Kongelige Kapel (the Royal Danish Orchestra) from 1943 to 1976 on an equal footing with his colleague Palmer Traulsen (1913-1975).
