Ambient, Instrumental, Post-Rock, Shoegaze abnd from Phoenix, US The debut album ‘Destroyer’ by -ghost island- can be viewed as a bit of an experiment, though not on an amateur level as John Romero, founder of -ghost island- who’s been around for a while as an active member of “Cassiopeia”, yet another ambient post-rock outfit with the strong ability to turn noise in to beautiful sound. Destroyer by -ghost island- on the other hand can be considered as a fruitful journey towards sound experimentation.
