Allianceorchestret, (commonly spelled: AllianceOrchestret) or the Alliance Orchestra of Gothenburg, is a student orchestra at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. The orchestra was formed in 1948 by members of the Technology Association CS. The orchestra's repertoire consists of marches and dance songs to which the Chalmers Ballet dances. The music is interspersed and combined with laughter and performances of various kinds. During performances, the orchestra members are dressed in coats adorned with badges and medals, as well as royal hats.
