Danish all-female pop/rock band centered around vocalist and lyricist Lise Cabble, active from 1986 to 1997. Started out as a quartet with Cabble, Anne Vig Skoven (guitar), Lene Eriksen (bass) and Mette Mathiesen (drums) and expanded to a quintet when Minna Grooss (keyboards) joined for 3rd album, Mellem Hjerter Og Spar. Skoven left in 1995 to study theology. Most of the songs were originally released in Danish, with a good part of them translated into English and re-released on alternate album versions with international exposure in mind. The band's 4th album Suk & Stads was released internationally under the alias Marta Marta in 1996.
