Former Program Director at ABC Radio youth network Triple J for ten years, during which time Triple J Unearthed was established, which Rob managed for five years, along with key festival relationships with Big Day Out, Homebake and Falls. Rob is also a director and business partner in the labels Indica Australia, Interface Music and El Sol Records (Australia). In 2009 Rob founded Source Music (3) a publishing. licensing and management company looking after artists such as Declan Kelly and was formally the head of QT Music.
