Jean de Reszke (1850-1925) was a Polish operatic tenor. He is thought to have made only two commercial recordings, for Fonotipia in 1905. It is said he was not pleased with the result and ordered them to be destroyed. His only known recordings are those made by Lionel Mapleson at the Metropolitan Opera in 1901.
