Juan De Figueredo Borges

Spanish composer. Cantor from Lisbon who, while in the Canary Islands on his way to Brazil, was hired in 1668 as tenor and chapel assistant at the Cathedral of Santa Ana (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). The following year he succeeded Miguel De Yoldi as maestro de capilla, until his death in 1674.
