Fademan (2)

Fademan is a very mysterious figure on the Polish electronic music scene. Perhaps many people have not had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with his work yet. Fortunately, such an opportunity arose because his debut digital album "Symbols", released by Pantograph Records, has just been released, which is a summary of many years of work. The beginnings of the extraordinary musical activity of Krzysztof Elwertowski, hiding under the artistic pseudonym Fademan, date back to 1996. It was then that he began his adventure with electronic sounds, which in the beginning was associated with the computer demoscene. On his unusual Amiga 600 computer, he started experimenting with sound programs, thanks to which his first pieces on the borderline of electronic music, ambient and alternative techno began to be created. In later years, he enlarged his home studio and expanded his knowledge of more advanced DAW software. The effects of his work were distributed on their own in the music underground in his hometown of Bydgoszcz (PL), where he lived at the time. He presented his work several times in local clubs, which met with positive feedback. In 2008, he left for Leeds (UK) where he devoted himself to paid work, which meant that his musical aspirations were suspended. To make matters worse, serious health problems appeared in Krzysztof's life, which temporarily prevented him from continuing and developing his musical activity. Fortunately, for some time now, Fademan's health has stabilized enough to allow him to reactivate his musical work. Music is close to his heart to this day, and his unwavering love for electronic sounds has made his life colorful again. The positive aura that accompanies the process of generating sounds in his home studio again gave sense to his activities. This can also be seen in the constant increase in the number of modern instruments in his studio, on which Krzysztof's new works are created. The next, more and more perfect releases are only a matter of time.
