Sporty Jesus

Sporty Jesus consist of the Danish musician and producer Jens Christian Madsen and the German visual artist, DJ and musician Matthias Mayer (aka DJ Sporty Jack). They met in Berlin in 2011 where Madsen was part of a couple of shows which Mayer curated. The friendship and their mutual fascination of old-school electro, new wave, post-punk, experimental, hip-hop and electro-funk became Sporty Jesus - a musical project born in the art-scene, alive on the club-scene.
