Adrenal (3)

ADRENAL was born from an idea of founder Emmanuel Sotela (Akasha (29)) and co-founder Hermann de la Fuente (ARGOS) in the year 2006. During this time singer Alberto Montero (2) (ex December's Cold Winter) joined the band and they started to create the material for their first record. Along the way they found and included several great local musicians to complete the line up and start working on their first record, “As Paradise Burns”. Their official debut was in 2007, and by late 2009 they entered Bushido Audio Productions with its Producer and Engineer Juan Pablo Calvo to record their debut album, which was mastered by Jens Bogren, from Fascination Street Studios in Sweden (Opeth, Katatonia, Soilwork, etc). After the record is done and they start to tour the country, several lineup changes arise: Adriana Muñoz (2) (Ex-The Last Void & Canvas (28)) on lead vocals, drummer Emmanuel Calderón (Nostoc (3)), guitarist Luis Diego "Chino" Orozco (ex-Sleazer) and keyboard player Ernesto Ramiréz (4). With this new powerful lineup they set out to record their follow up effort “Phoenix” in late 2018, produced and mixed by guitarist Emmanuel Sotela, and recorded by Emma and fellow Adrenal collaborator Juan Pablo Calvo. ADRENAL has played in the most important rock and metal festivals in the country and now is slated to play the most important rock and metal festival in the region, the “Rock Fest” on May 2022. The band looks to expand their horizons and take their music to the highest and furthest places possible.
