Julia Sierra

Producer, guitarist, tres guitar performer, vocalist, arranger, songwriter Julia Sierra studied and received her Master’s degree in 1985 from the ‘Superior Art Institute’ in Havana, Cuba, where she majored in classical guitar, harmony and theory , music history, musicology, morphology, and computer and musical programming. In her professional career she has received both national and international recognition for the following: Award and Certificates of Recognition for her participation in the Latin Grammy winner “DE VERDAD” and (Alejandra Guzman) “DEJENME VIVIR” (Celia Cruz) BMI award for “De Verdad” which became one of the top 21 most played songs in the Latin Radio Charts.
