Alfred Behrens

German writer and director, radio play author and screenwriter, born June 30, 1944 in Hamburg-Altona, Germany. He worked as a program assistant for the German Service of BBC London. In 1982 he received the German Film Prize for his documentary film "Berliner Stadtbahnbilder". His feature film "Walkman Blues", produced by ZDF and Channel Four in 1985, includes some footage of a Blurt concert in Berlin.
