Apparício Silva Rillo (Porto Alegre, August 8, 1931 - São Borja, June 23, 1995) was a Brazilian poet, folklorist and writer. In 1962, he founded the Grupo Amador de Arte "Os Angüeras", the oldest in activity in Rio Grande do Sul. In 1979, next to the Group's headquarters, he organized the Ergological Museum of Estância, which in the folkloric line is one of the only ones in Brazil. He was one of the founders of the Festival of Music for Carnival in the city of São Borja in 1967. From 1995 onwards, with his death, the festival was named in his honor, renaming itself Festival de Músicas para o Carnaval Apparício Silva Rillo, which takes place annually and has marches and samba competitions for the carnival in the Fronteira Oeste region of Rio Grande do Sul.
