Sar Friedman

Previously based in London, Sydney artist Sar Friedman (aka Sar Medicine Voice) has been singing and touring in various bands and experimental groups since 2005 – most notably serving time in Stephen McBean’s Pink Mountaintops. Sar seeks to venture beyond the boundaries of song-making in order to reach forms which resonate with the mystical concerns of her explorations. In 2015, she completed her debut LP, co-produced with Oren Ambarchi, for release in 2016.
