Chantal Blanchais

Chantal Blanchais comes from Charlesbourg, in the suburbs of Québec City. Her father decides to have the old guitar hanging on the wall repaired as she enters high school. She takes a few lessons and writes, at the age of 14, her first song, in English. Through languages ​​and cultures, the desire to travel and to discover the world , Chantal goes on Tour for a year joining the troupe Up With People . Back in Québec , she won the Granby International Song Festival , in the singer-songwriter category . Since then, she hasn't stopped singing.
