54 Martha St. San Francisco, CA (Obsolete) The West-Pole Agency was a partnership between Quicksilver Messenger Service manager Ron Polte and former Big Brother and The Holding Company manager Julius Karpen, which exclusively booked Fillmore-style rock bands in the late 60s and early 70s. Premier clients included Quicksilver Messenger Service, Big Brother & The Holding Company, The Electric Flag and The Sons Of Champlin, among others.
