Jah Roy

Roy Kenneth (Jah Roy). Owner of several record shops and reggae label Midnite Records and foundation Roots Music International. Migrated from Surinam to Rotterdam (Netherlands) and brought over his musical foreknowledge. Arranged the first Reggae concerts in Rotterdam, late 70s, with artists such as Keith Hudson, Santic, Militant Barry, Owen Gray, Prince Far I and Creation Rebel. Brother of multi-percussionist L. 'Bongo Charlie' Lemmer.
