Fictional character created by Prince for various projects. She'd first appeared in the video clip of the same name and the advertisements for the 3121 fragrance. She and also got a spot in the 21 Nights book. Her real name is not confirmed, but assumed it's Chelsey Smith. (Not to be confused with the winner 2008 of the Miss District of Columbia USA® competition: Chelsey Sophia Rodgers)
