Frank Hofmann (2)

Czech-born New Zealand photographer. Establised Christopher Bede Studios Ltd. with Bill Doherty. He was a foundation member of the Auckland String Players, which developed into the Symphonia of Auckland, a forerunner of the APO. There were regular after-concert parties at his home, where they hosted visiting international musicians, many of whom Frank photographed. A number of his photographs appear on Kiwi Pacific releases.
