Illumenium

Illumenium is a fake band from Estonia, established in 2014 on the remains of the band Defrage. The purpose of the CD releases, which often contain tracks that have been published under the band name Defrage before and are manufactured in cheapest possible cardboard sleeves, with no barrcode, no label code or no rights society registration whatsoever, is mainly to be sold in pedestrian areas and on parking lots in western europe by people pretending to be members of the all-time-touring-band Illumenium. Though the people behind the scam spread rumours of Illumenium concerts or band touring behaviour, in fact the only occasions the "band members" can be seen is by their aggressive street sale campaigns. The band name was changed during the Covid-19 pandemic to California Condor, who operated partially from Spain for a while and kept releasing albums in the previous style.
