Prolific Welsh born UK character actor, 1918-2011. Distinctive warm voice features as Mole in the 1980s UK Cosgrove Hall stop-motion animated series of Wind in the Willows. Played Victor Meldrew's absent minded brother in One Foot in the Grave. He had served with distinction in WWII.
