An all-girl pop/rock band from Malibu High playing the battle of the bands at Charlie's Meet Rack. in the teen film Lovelines (1984). They sing "Totally Gone." The MC intially introduces them as Piper and Her Firecats, but they are later referred to as The Firecats. They tie with Racer and perform "Defyin' Gravity" together. Fronted by Piper (Mary Beth Evans).
