Jakob Danielsen

Greenlandic kayakman, Godhavn (Disco Bay District) (1888-1938). Danielsen was a self-taught illustator/painter and left behind him hundreds of lively pictures which portray everyday life as well as the highlights of life in settlements, and especially the old artic fishing methods of fishing and hunting. The first two names in the real name are also spelled Jacob Nikolai.
