Stefan Stirnemann

Swiss Stefan Stirnemann was born in Aarau. He worked as a fellow of the Swiss National Science Foundation at the Thesaurus linguae Latinae in Munich. This dictionary, according to Encyclopaedia Britannica "probably the most scholarly dictionary in the world", has been in the works for over a hundred years.
