“The first Bulgarian DJ, who played in the legendary Turnmills club in London” Born in September 1982, Vladislav Rashkov (aka Gnubass) started his career in 1999 with promoting some parties in his own town. An year later he started playing in clubs all around Bulgaria such as Graifer, Blade, Spartacus, Planet (Sofia); Comics (Varna); Shock (Bourgas); Mania (Sunny beach); Plazma (Plovdiv) and many more. Past residences include Briliantin Bar (Sofia) and My Mojito (Sofia). In the beginning he was playing Funky & Tribal Techno, but now he prefers strongly Electro & Minimal, Funky & Tech House. He had past gigs with artists like Tiesto, Freemasons, David Vendetta, Jamie Lewis, Kevin Yost, Christian Smith, Inigo Kennedy, Luke Slater, Ade Fenton, DJ Boss, Sandy Rivera, Simon Digby, Tony Thomas, Sven Vath, Nic Fanciulli, Jerome Isma-Ae, Redhead, D.A.V.E. The Drummer, Chris Liberator, Marcelo Castelli, Lucca, Dusty Kid, Marco Nastic, Wally Lopez, DJ Tarkan, Swen Weber, Rosario Internullo, Adrian Eftimie, Markus Schulz, Nick Warren and more. He played on parties promoted by Metropolis and Techno Files / Renesanz. In the beginning of 2005 he became a part of INVADER Promotion – agency which promotes some big events with Techno and House foreign DJs. Nowadays Vladislav Rashkov is focused on producing tracks and promoting big events under the name of Invader. His international appearances include gigs at Turnmills, The Spoted Dog, Cafe 1001, Aquarium (London, UK), The Avantgarde (Novi Sad, Serbia), Tvyrdjavica, KSI (Nish, Serbia), Slovenia, Romania, Kosovo and Macedonia. He became quite popular in Bulgaria after his warm up set for Tiesto infront of 7000 people during his gig at Sofia in September 2008.
