Khepra

The music itself may be categorized as Symphonic Death Metal in general; but to create a unique sound; Middle Eastern / Anatolian ethnical instruments such as Ney, Duduk, Bağlama, Kemane and many more were used in songs as well as ethnical chants, clean vocals and different kinds of symphonic choirs. More than 20 musicians contributed during album recordings and each element brought different tastes to the songs. Lyrically, album’s concept rely on occult studies, Anatolian / Mesopotamian mythologies, religions and cosmology. Band tried to create an atmosphere for listeners to take them through all ages as they implant their ideologies and rhymes to listeners when they listen to the album. With the new style, they changed the band name to KHEPRA. They have recorded their first full length album "Cosmology Divine" in 2015. The album is released on September 10th, 2016 under the label, Naturmacht / Rain Without End Records.
