Diztortion

Dutch-Surinamese producer, rapper and songwriter, born 1 November 1983 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Born and raised in Amsterdam, Diztortion produced and recorded under the alias Perry Mystique, before relocating to the U.K, signing with 2-Tone Entertainment, and opening a recording studio in London. Formulating a new sound drawing on influences from Hip Hop, Electro, house, RnB and Reggae, he begun working with the likes of Stylo G, Lethal Bizzle, Major Lazer and Wiley. He socred his first top 20 UK Chart hit in March 2013 with "Soundbwoy" by Stylo G. Lethal Bizzle then released the Diztortion produced "They Got It Wrong" which featured Wiley. He continued his success in 2013 with Lethal Bizzle "Party Right", which reached 29 in UK OCC Chart and the track "Badd" for Stylo G. In 2014, he scored more hits with Lethal Bizzle "The Drop", which reached number 20 in the OCC and "Rari Workout" which reached 11 in UK OCC Chart. In August 2014 he signed a deal with Universal, and also signed a Publishing deal with Warner Chappell Publishing.
