Wali Ali Jr son of the great guitarist Wali Ali is no stranger to the music business. Wali made his first track at the age of 13 and has been making hit tracks every since. Wali composed and wrote the music for the 1995 Coca Cola commercial track playing under Tyrese’s voice, that ultimately launched the careers of Tyrese Gibson and Wali Ali Jr. Teaming up with J Ro and Battlecat, Wali’s perfection of the “talk box” allowed him to work on the “Still More Bounce”, Roger Troutman Tribute Album project, released in 2002 on WolfPac Records. As his production grew, Wali has teamed up with several well known producers, which include: DJ Pooh, Billy Moss, Laney and Tricky Stewart. Wali was also a former member of the production team The Underdogs. Wali latest songs to share his talk box and production is called “So Good” by Eric Bellinger, and upcoming album with Far East Movement From 1995 to present Wali’s credits include production on Tyrese's "Alter Ego" album, and being a Ghost producer for Death Row Records. He has also written, composed, and produced title tracks for various artists which include: Something For The People, Coolio, Trina and Tamara Powell, Jesse Powell, YNV, Erica Yancey, Floetry, Mystic, Black Robb, Blackstreet, and Janet Jackson. He has produced remixes for artists including: Bobby Brown, Tamia for Qwest Records MCA, Tha Alkaholiks, and L.V.
