Kansas City, Missouri group founded in the early 1980's by Gerry Sylvy and Chris Tallaferro. Original members also included Dan Billings and Joey Holland. Chris and Gerry would eventually move to Jackson Hole, Wyoming reforming Lucy with guitarist Peter Parks, drummer Joe Ryan who would be replaced by Ed Domer.
