Janeiro is an alias of Iain Macleod, a Scottish producer based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK. The alias mainly focuses on the housier-side of Macleod's production and remixing work. With deep basslines and a Latin tinge, Janeiro seems to have taken the forefront of Macleod's work. Apparently so-called in link to Macleod's favourite song - 'Samba de Janeiro' by Bellini.
