British trombone/bass trombone player and professor. He studied at the Royal Scottish Academy Of Music And Drama. Principal Trombone of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra (03/1992-03/1995), the Philharmonia Orchestra (03/1995-03/2001) and of the Orchestra Of The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden since March 2001. Professor of Trombone at The Guildhall School Of Music & Drama (09/1998-07/2011) and of Bass & Contrabass Trombone at the Royal Academy of Music since September 1999.
