Francisco del Pino Herrera

Francisco del Pino is an Argentine composer and guitarist born in Buenos Aires in 1980. His compositional output spans from solo to symphonic music that draws influence from literature, poetry, hypertextuality and the plastic arts, and is most frequently based on contrapuntal techniques. He also has a vast experience as a guitarist and arranger, having participated in projects ranging from progressive rock to South American folk music but with a special focus on the songwriting tradition.
