Tito Gomez,orchestra leader was born in Puerto Rico in 1958 and raised in New York. Son of Pedro Gomez, a musician, and mother Adelaida Gomez, who was in the music publishing business. He studied at the Third Street Music School, The Bays Harbor Music School, and with top private teachers. After finishing his formal musical education, he worked as an independent producer and further studied modern recording techniques at the Audio Technology Institute. With his brother Peter Gomez (2) he formed a Latin band . He has also spent many years in the recording studios playing with some of the great musicians he admired as a young drummer. "Todos Queremos Mas" was his first Salsa album.
