Chinese tenor singer born in 1918 and died 1994. He was part of the Wuhan Choir which helped raise efforts to help China during the Second World War by touring Asian countries, including Singapore & Malaysia. After the war, he traveled back to China to further his studies before moving to Hong Kong to teach singing, eventually being signed on to produce songs for Pathe in Hong Kong in the 1950’s and 1960’s. He even mentored other famous movie song singers like Li Li-Hua.
