Crompojkarna

Swedish post-punk band from Sundsvall active 1985-1992 which was formed by Mats Hammerman and Anders Olsson who previously played in Vacum. They did about a hundred gigs around Sweden and also did four gigs in the Soviet Union. P3 made two live recordings with the band, one in 1987 and one in 1992. They played at the Hultsfred Festival in 1988 and at Gatufesten in Sundsvall in 1992, which was the band's last gig. The band was reunited for the record company Massproduktion's 30th anniversary in 2009 and for the release of the compilation CD 1985-1992 in May 2013, which in addition to the band's collected recordings also contained five newly recorded songs. The band also played at the rock club Pipeline's 40th anniversary in September 2013. In 2019, they played at Massproduktion's 40th anniversary and recorded a new song - Thin ice - with Erik Barthold on drums.
