Killer Frog

Formed in 1971 in Chicago in neighborhood The Back Of The Yards. Manager of the group was Dwight Kalb (musician, bass player, artist ,painter, sculptor). The group signed a contract with Ovation Records (Dick Schory) and recorded a demo album in Pumpkin Studios which has not been released. Also group recorded a few demo records for Vaudeville Records and Masochist Records. Four of them was released on the two singles. In autumn 1973 Killer Frog was disbanded. Band Members: - David (Dutch) Schultz - drums, vocals (graduate of Harrison Technical High School, Chicago ; previously in bands: (The Young Savages, The Merzey Beats and The Index) - Cecil Broughton - bass, vocals (form Arjay, Kentucky, absolwent - graduate of Harrison Technical High School, Chicago ;his first band was The Roustabouts, later in groups The Merzey Beats, and The Index) - Jesus (Jesse) Abarca - lead guitar, vocals (previously in band: The Young Savages) - Louis (Louie) Medina - guitar, harmonica, flute, vocals.
