Ian Kennedy

Composer, producer, mixing / mastering / recording engineer, guitarist, violinist, and singer. He runs the music and audio production company Sugarfit Sound. He has composed, recorded and mixed the music for numerous commercials. As an engineer at New Alliance East Mastering, he has mastered records by Lemonheads, Portugal.The Man, Juliana Hatfield, Josh Ritter, Matisyahu, Chris Smither, Peter Mulvey, and others. As a musician, he has performed or recorded with artists including Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, Lemonheads, Susan Tedeschi, Portugal.The Man, and Chris Smither. He was the guitarist and singer in the Boston band Reverse (14). As head audio engineer at Lionbridge Technologies, he has recorded and edited audio localization projects. He passed away in July 2018.
