Natalie La Rose

Natalie La Rose (born 11 July 1988) is a Dutch-American singer, songwriter and dancer who lives in the United States. In 2013, she signed a recording contract with American rapper Flo Rida's International Music Group imprint and Republic Records. Born in Amsterdam to parents from Suriname, Natalie La Rose grew up in a musical household singing and dancing with her sister. In 2008 she graduated from Lucia Marthas Dance Academy and appeared in the Dutch version of High School Musical as Taylor Mckessie. In 2010 she relocated to Los Angeles, California signing a recording contract with Blackground Records as the duo Amsterdam, together with Sigourney Korper. In 2011 she was the leading dancer in Lloyd's "Dedication to My Ex (Miss That)". She went on tour as a support for Flo Rida shortly thereafter. In 2015 she released her debut single "Somebody" featuring Def Jam recording artist Jeremih. Her second single, "Around the World" featured 300 recording artist Fetty Wap.
