Hanky Panky (7)

Hanky Panky were born in Nantes in 2015 and they released their first single « Precious Bitch » in the same year on the label from Toulouse , Pop Sisters Records. This title appeared on the compilation of the mythical magazine « Abus Dangereux ». After playing some concerts in the western part of France, they recorded 11 tracks in the « Trappe Studio » in Toulouse under the guidance of Triboulet ( recording, mix and mastering) and Don Joe ( producer). After a new lineup which occured in 2018, they are now ready to play their first album on stage : « Life Is Not A Fairy Tale ». LINAFT will be available on the label Pop Sisters Records on the 28th of September ( vinyl record and CD) .Even if their inspirations start from the mid 60s to the beginning of the 90s, Hanky Panky are entirely rooted in our present time. Their « Power Pop » will remind you of the Girls'bands from the 60s, of the acid Pop from the end of the 70s and of the Indie Rock from the 80s/90s. All their songs are written in English...
