Cape Verdean musician born in 1962 (Mindelo, São Vicente) known for playing guitar, violin and cavaquinho. His father taught how to play and make those instruments. Formed a duo with the guitarist Voginha and toured and played with Cesaria Evora. He's cousin of Tito Paris.
