Paul McDowell (born August 15, 1931, London England - died May 2, 2016) was a British singer (notably as a vocalist with The Temperance Seven), actor (prison officer Mr. Collinson in "Porridge", amongst others) and author (writing scripts for David Frost and Marty Feldman in the '60s).
