He is currently A&R Director at independent label 3Beat Records- his roster includes double chart topping Drum & Bass act SIGMA, Afrobeats sensation FUSE ODG and new age Reggae-electro artist STYLO G. The last 12months has seen Shaurav’s roster rack up 2 million record sales and 13 Number 1 Records across the world. Shaurav is also the MD of Artist/ Producer Management company 2-Tone Entertainment. The company has been established for 10 years and is instrumental in nurturing and developing new acts. Previous clients include RUDIMENTAL and the current roster includes Dutch producer DIZTORTION , Kiss FM Dj TS7 and young singer songwriter TAYLOR FOWLIS.
