Dave Sloas

Bluegrass Guitarist Played guitar and worked in the Sloas Brothers Band with his brothers Kenny and John. He also cut a single on Karbro Records in Fairborn, Ohio with Forest Pelfrey and the Bluegrass Six. Dave’s son David Ray Sloas played with his dad and uncles in the Sloas Brothers Band and also organized a country band in Fairborn called The Country Showmen, which included his brother Jimmy Lee. Dave (the son) eventually went on to play lead guitar with Tammy Wynette and with Aaron Tippin.
