Thomas Dekker (c. 1572 – 25 August 1632) was an English Elizabethan dramatist and pamphleteer, a versatile and prolific writer. Some of the lyrics of the poem "Golden Slumbers", from Dekker's play "Patient Grissel", were included in the Beatles' 1969 song "Golden Slumbers".
