Allan Flaa

Pedal Steel Guitar player, rhythm guitar player, and vocalist originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Allan grew up in St.Paul, Minnesota USA and started playing guitar around the age of twelve. Allan first played rock and grew into country music while in high school, which included learning to play pedal steel guitar when he was 16 years old. He moved from St. Paul to California after graduating high school and opened a guitar studio and started to play in a country band. After playing with the group Doug Ron & Don, Flaa continued his musical career in a band called the Hayshakers (along with bass player Don Ellington from Doug Ron & Don). The Hayshakers won the Band of the Year award at the 3rd Annual Bakersfield [California, USA] Award Show. In 1988, Flaa and Troy Robinson formed the band Caught Red Handed in Ventura County, California USA. As of 2014, Caught Red Handed continues to play around Southern California.
