George Lorenz

US disc jockey active in Buffalo, NY (WKBW) during the 40s, 50s and 60s. Also used the aliases "Hound Dog" and "The Hound" on air. Although from the US he was an avid supporter of Canadian music, breaking many Canadian bands on US radio and was the person who convinced Walter Grealis to start the Canadian music industry journal RPM.
